Shiphawk

I was the UX designer for a dashboard for Shiphawk, a company that created shipping software for business to automate their shipments. I worked closely with product managers, developers and customer service teams to deliver wireframes and a simple design system for them to build.

Discount Marketplace

I was involved in an early-stage start-up that created an online marketplace for end-of-season luxury fashion, for users to buy, rent and sell their luxury apparel. As the only designer in a team of 4, I worked closely with the team on every aspect of design, UX and product direction from pitch-decks to sign-up pages. I created the UX for a tool for sellers to manage a complex multi-step fulfillment and shipping process, and make it as efficient and easy to use as possible. I created a flow so users could focus on a single manageable step at a time, and created a component library so that developers could add new features that fit in with the design system.
